Hello there!
Our names are Henry and Sandra and we are very glad that you are here. We are happily married and are in our mid-20s. We live in the great state of Texas. We enjoy outdoor activities and spending time with family. We also enjoy writing, which is what led us to found this blog. Most importantly, we are Christian and firmly believe that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior.
We’ve seen a great amount of negative content and poor attitudes pouring across the internet and TV screens for years. We knew we wanted to do something to bring love and life into the world and to create a voice for positive change in the world. That is why we decided to create Seven Fat Cows.
Why “Seven Fat Cows” you ask? Well, we’re glad you asked! In Genesis 41, the Bible tells us that Joseph, son of Jacob and great-grandson of Abraham, was called before the Egyptian pharaoh to interpret his dream. In his dream, the pharaoh dreamt about seven fat cows which Joseph would later interpret to represent seven good years of bountiful abundance in the land. We chose this name because it represents the wonderful years of abundance we have had thanks to God. It also reminds us that there will be hard years to follow, but if we prepare now we will never be caught off guard.
We are Christian and you will see that come through in our posts, but our blog is welcome to all who care to read it. We are grateful for you taking time out of your day to read our content and we hope that you will find it useful and interesting.
